By applying for membership, creating an account, or using any feature of Persian Riviera ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.
These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Persian Riviera. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Platform following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Persian Riviera is a private, invitation-based social club. Membership is not guaranteed and is granted at the sole discretion of the Persian Riviera team.
To be eligible for membership, you must:
Membership may be declined without explanation. All application decisions are final, though you may reapply after 90 days if circumstances have changed.
Persian Riviera offers three membership tiers, each with different levels of access to the platform's features:

Fees are billed monthly via Stripe. All prices are in Euros and exclude any applicable taxes. Persian Riviera reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension or permanent ban:
Content moderation is assisted by AI systems and reviewed by human administrators. You may appeal any moderation decision by contacting support@persianriviera.club.
You retain ownership of content you post on Persian Riviera (Journey posts, plan descriptions, profile information). By posting content, you grant Persian Riviera a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute your content within the platform.
Persian Riviera's design, branding, code, and all platform content created by us remain our exclusive intellectual property. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission.
Identity verification is required to access full platform features. By submitting your identity documents, you confirm:
Submitting falsified identity documents is grounds for immediate permanent ban and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Persian Riviera uses a Trust Score (0–100) to measure member engagement and credibility within the community. Your Trust Score is calculated based on:
Trust Score affects your tier upgrade eligibility and visibility within discovery features. Persian Riviera reserves the right to adjust the Trust Score formula. Trust Score decisions may be appealed by contacting our support team.
Persian Riviera operates a request-first messaging system to protect member privacy. You may not send unsolicited messages without first sending a connection request that the other member accepts.
All messages on the platform must comply with our Community Standards. Harassment through the messaging system is grounds for immediate suspension. We reserve the right to review flagged conversations to investigate reports of abuse.
Membership fees are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled.
If your payment fails, you will enter a 7-day grace period during which you may update your payment method. If payment is not received within the grace period, your account will be downgraded to basic access.
Refund Policy: Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable except in cases of billing error or duplicate charge. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.

Persian Riviera reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for:
Suspended members may appeal by contacting support@persianriviera.club within 14 days. Permanently banned members may not reapply.
You may also choose to close your account at any time. Account closure does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid membership fees.
Persian Riviera provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform.
Persian Riviera is a social platform and does not organise, manage, or take responsibility for any in-person events, meetings, or activities arranged between members. Members interact at their own risk and discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Persian Riviera's total liability arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nice, France.
